What is the type of leadership necessary for the complexities and uncertainties of the XXI century?
This article proposes a new look at our conventional understanding of leadership. Although the examples seem drawn from the business sector, I think many of the general ideas can be translated into political language.
A bold argument, but a well-framed one. We really need to take a fresh look at leadership. Are we going to rely on the same type of messianic, I-know-the-best-answer, self-centered leadership, or are we ready to more participatory, team-focused, receptive, type of leadership that seems more suitable to modern society challenges?
